For those of you who don't follow sports, be advised that God and his son (no, not George and Hank Steinbrenner) have forsaken the Colorado Rockies, just a few million years after creating them.As mentioned in this space recently, the Rockies baseball team looks for Christian players and believes God was behind their recent successes. However, the Rockies were swept aside in the World Series by the Boston Red Sox, who were led last night by two cancer survivors. Maybe the Rockies ought to sign God to bat cleanup. He will be less expensive than A-Rod.
